Hi I’m Sarah, a therapist, clinical supervisor, and counselor educator. Working with me is pretty simple: you get to show up exactly as you are. Messy, tired, hopeful, confused, shut down, curious. I don’t expect you to perform or be “therapeutic.” I expect you to be human. I care about safety, choice, pacing, and collaboration. I’m not going to push you somewhere you’re not ready to go. I’m also not going to sit back and nod while you feel lost. We’ll move together, at a pace that feels doable for your nervous system.

My approach is integrative, but always person-centered. That means I pull from different modalities when they’re helpful, but your story, your identity, and your lived experiences guide the work. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to sit with you, understand you, and help you make sense of your world in a way that feels grounding and honest.

Hello, I’m Lex! Your friendly neighborhood hope dealer.

Let’s be real, finding the right therapist can take time. Not every therapist is the right fit, and that’s part of the process. But when it does feel right, it creates a space where you can be fully yourself and explore even the hard parts of your story without judgment.

When you work with me, you will have a sense of who I am as a person, as well as a therapist. Healing is hard, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I believe humor can be a powerful part of moving through tough moments. I also value continued learning and staying up to date on best practices. I’ll be the first to admit when I don’t know something, and the first to go searching for the answers.

My goal is simple: to walk alongside you as you get to know yourself. you are the expert of you, and I’m here to help you discover, understand, and embrace that.
